actually sherlock on bbc is pretty good

Really loved Breaking Bad - maybe the best series i have seen so far. The first season of Game of thrones was quite good, too. I also liked ROME and Band of Brothers - but i think you already know them all. If you are looking for a cool anime series - Samurai Champloo really is a peace of art and very unique in my opinion. The walking dead was entertaining so far - even it is quite cliché and trashy :D
I've seen most of Breaking Bad and have been really impressed with it, just need to finish the last season. And I loved The Walking Dead until this season, for some reason it's just not doing it for me anymore

I highly recommend 'Dexter' if you haven't watched it already. 'Game of Thrones' is quite the show as well. 'Community' has that odd reality charm about it. You might want to try 'Survivorman' or 'Departures' if you like nature and travelling.
Not sure if If you like anime or not, but if so, I would recommend Attack on Titan, Death Note, Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Monster...so many good shows, so little time. :)
I'm a huge fan of Death Note and FMA - still working on finishing Brotherhood. There are way too many shows. A small part of me wants to start watching Star Trek, but there's hundred's of episodes and that's far too overwhelming!

Oh i forgott - what i liked was "Taken" by Steven Spielberg - the Story is about the infiltration of the civilisation by ufos / aliens since the roswell event over a periode of 4 generations. Quite fun to watch because lots of classical sciFi movies´(close encounters etc.) and ufo - stuff has been used for this. I think the series is from HBO, but i am not sure. 10 eposioed - fun to watch. If you like 50ties / 60ties ufo / alien stories - its a must :D
If it's not on the Netflix or Amazon Prime I probably don't have access to it, but I'll look around!
Durarara. Sword Art Online. Both great short anime series. Or, if you want to laugh and be weirded out, Squid Girl.

I just finished 30 rock on Netflix, and the 8th season of How I Met Your Mother. Unfortunately like most TV shows endings, it was subpar. But the rest of the shows are hilarious and really enjoyable to watch! My next show will probably be Dexter

I hear awesome things about How I Met Your Mother, I'll have to check it out sometime. I got through about half a season of Dexter, and it's an awesome and well written show, but it was too grotesque for me, lol. Maybe someday I shall revisit it
